Jill Kendall Director, Business Development & Client Services

As Director, Jill leads the execution of corporate strategy and oversees all of the company's business development and client services.

Jill brings exceptional experience in the technology and service industries with Fortune 500 companies, along with expertise in strategy and driving profitable growth. As a Director, Development and Customer Solutions at Future Strategies, Jill was responsible for the design and development of all research projects and studies for clients including project management, project design and development, questionnaire creation, sampling selection, analysis and strategic recommendations.

At Future Strategies, Jill has designed, executed, managed and analyzed all forms of marketing research such as Brand, Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction, and Employee Satisfaction in both quantitative and qualitative formats.

Some of the Clients handled include BASF, Alcon, Wyeth, Heart & Stroke Foundation, Wrigley's to name a few. She is known by my past clients for creating practical real world solutions by ensuring I fully understand the clients' needs and expectations through listening and asking pertinent questions.

AA Khan Managing Director

As Managing Director, Mr. Khan brings to 10 years of market research experience with Blue Chip companies. He understands intimately the challenges and responsibilities of running and growing a business, as well as the rewards that can come from building a company of enduring value.

Mr. Khan has conducted numerous qualitative and quantitative B2B and B2C Research studies using Projective Techniques, Consumer Panels, Delphi & Nominal Group Techniques, Focus Groups.

He handled projects in sectors like Energy & Utilities, Natural Resources, FMCG, Telecommunications, Government, Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Travel and Tourism, Automotive, and Ad agencies

Some of the major studies carried out by Mr. Khan for clients include Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, Branding Study, , Competition Analysis, Usage & Attitude, Market mapping, Brand positioning, Financial Research, Business to Business (B2B) Research, Brand Equity, Market Size & Share, Demand Estimation etc

Mr. Khan completed his MBA from HIMS, University of Birmingham with specialization in Marketing Research. He taught Market Research to MBA Student at Preston University, UAE.

He is an ESOMAR and MRIA Member.

Anke Bosma, PHD Quantitative Research Consultant

Anke has extensive experience in research consulting and is particularly interested in projects related to new product and service development and planning of marketing strategies. Anke is a specialist in working with clients to help identify their information requirements, research methods, and ultimately developing a knowledge management strategy best suited towards the client's needs.

Throughout her 23 year career at Bell, its subsidiaries and alliances, Anke had conducted research to identify consumer, product, and market characteristics by establishing and maintaining research programs to understand consumer habits and preferences, product usage, packaging appeal, sales, sales promotion, and advertising effectiveness, sales volume, market size, market share, pricing, new products; developing research design concept and structure.

Anke was one of the best researchers in Bell's 75-member research department and over the years she trained a large number of research analysts. She was frequently sought after for her insightful recommendations on research strategies and in the mid 80's, she was Vice President - Training and Operations in a start-up company aimed at Franchising Telephone Answering Services. Anke conducted research for many of Bells divisions and subsidiaries with combined sales exceeding $5 billion.

In the past few years - in between more traditional research projects - Anke has experimented with a large variety of online research tools and was instrumental in refining a collaborative research method which works very well for new product and strategy development and also encourages stakeholder commitment to the outcome of the research. She has expertise in quantitative as well as qualitative research methods and excellent consultative and negotiation skills.

Anke has a Ph.D. in Environmental Psychology from the University of Toronto and teach Psychology and Marketing Research courses at Sheridan and Algonquin College

Lynn Weinfeld Qualitative Research Consultant

Lynn Weinfeld graduated from the University of Toronto with a Masters level education in Psychology and Behavior Assessment.

She is adept at conducting marketing research for companies whose names are recognizable as industry leaders in Medical, Executive and Consumer markets in a broad range of industries, including but not limited to: pharmaceutical, healthcare, lifestyle, retail, telecommunications, apparel, property management, food/beverage, publishing, construction and banking/financial.

Lynn has interviewed various target audiences including lawyers, chartered accountants, stock brokers, architects, engineers, various executives at the VP level or higher, blue collar employees, physicians (both specialists and general practitioners), nurses, pharmacists, hospital administrators, clinical research investigators and sponsors, patients and consumers.

She has 20 years' experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, with a greater emphasis on the qualitative side. She has excellent project management skills with a client focus, encompassing a strong ability to work independently from proposal through report writing.

Additionally, Lynn has expertise as a focus group moderator and an in-depth interviewer, including traditional face-to-face, online and telephone.

Sameera Khan General Manager

Her role at Toronto Insights includes managing qualitative research; facilitate focus groups, moderations, screening, recruitment, note-taking and transcription.

Sameera brings a unique perspective to Toronto Insights. Her specialization in hospitality makes her a valuable asset to our team.

Sameera graduated from Zayed University, UAE with a major in business studies and hospitality management. She is married with one child.

Tariq Azeez Manager, Data Analyses & Informatics

Tariq brings extensive experience that enables him to gain a realistic view of the demands and challenges of the business world.

He has extensively worked on SPSS running Descriptive Analyses, Factor & Cluster Analyses, Multivariate Analyses, Multidimensional scaling (MDS), Cross-tabs (General & Basic - 2 & 3 layers)

Tariq is computer science graduate and completed Oracle 9i Developer Certification. His area of expertise revolve around Software Development, Consumer Banking & Market Research Consultancy.
